Mr. Gordon has been practicing law for 35 years and serves of counsel in the McCollum Crowley firm. Since the early 1980's his practice has included fire and explosion litigation in 21 states and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. He has tried scores of cases to verdict. Mr. Gordon was one of the first lawyers to be certified as a civil trial specialist by the state of Minnesota. He has been elected to membership, since 1986, in both the International Association of Defense Counsel and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Gordon is the author of Products Liability Litigation (Mason, 1980). He is a frequent lecturer to legal and other groups, including the National Fire Protection Association, on topics such as scientifc testimony, expert witnesses, trial tactics and litigation management.
