Attorney Deborah Crowley will be speaking at the upcoming 31st Annual Minnesota Workers’ Compensation Institute on March 4, 2016, on a panel of four attorneys addressing permanent total disability cases in a session called Hot Seat Case Evaluations Based on the New Permanent Total Cases.
In part two of The 2016 Case Law Update…Key Developments Tackled Two Ways session of the seminar, the attorneys will be given hypotheticals to review two hours in advance of the presentation. The panel will then address the hypothetical cases and evaluate the legal issues based on the most recent court decisions.
