Mr. McCollum is the founding shareholder of the McCollum Crowley firm and has decades of experience in complex litigation, including fire and explosion disasters. He has been designated as a "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Law and Politics (2004-2011) and has been elected to membership of International Association of Defense Counsel. He has lectured on many litigation subjects, including Trial Techniques, Utilization of Investigative Tools in Litigation, and Lambertson Liability in Products Liability Claims. Mr. McCollum is admitted to practice before Minnesota and Wisconsin state and federal courts; Colorado state courts, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
