Mr. Fetterly is a shareholder of the McCollum Crowley firm and has extensive first-hand experience in fire and explosion investigations and litigation for nearly two decades on a national basis (including the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico). Mr. Fetterly has successfully litigated natural gas/propane explosions as well as large-loss personal injury and property damage claims resulting from fires and explosions. He has been named a "Super Lawyer" by Minnesota Law & Politics . Mr. Fetterly is a member of the Minnesota and Colorado State Courts and Minnesota Federal District Court, and International Association of Arson Investigation and has lectured on such topics as NFPA 921 and Daubert.
