Jessica M. Eidsmoe

Jess represents employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims. She also represents clients in construction, personal injury, and other civil matters. Before joining McCollum Crowley in May 2015, she gained valuable experience and connections practicing in a large Colorado workers’ compensation defense firm. She was very excited to join McCollum Crowley’s Denver office, not only for the growth opportunities in a small office, but also because of her connection to Minnesota.

Jess grew up in a northwest suburb of Minneapolis; she attended undergraduate in St. Paul and law school at the University of Minnesota. She moved to Denver in 2012 and quickly fell in love with Colorado.

Jess prides herself on her persuasive writing pursuant to which she has obtained multiple orders to dismiss on motions for summary judgment. Her goal in writing is to be as succinct as possible, avoiding legalese for the sake of sounding smart.
