Brett R. Parnes

Personal Bio Education/Experience Community Involvement

Brett has been defending Colorado workers’ compensation claims since 2000 and currently heads up the Colorado Workers Compensation Section of McCollum Crowley.  Brett was honored as PWC’s Outstanding Respondents’ Attorney (Winner 2024, Nominee 2013), and recognized in 2019 with a nomination for the Comp Laude Award as a top national workers’ compensation attorney.  In addition to serving on various non-profit and governmental boards and commissions, Brett served on the Board of Directors for Professionals in Workers’ from 2014 to 2022, including five terms as President. Brett is a member of numerous other workers’ compensation organizations.

Brett regularly provides training sessions and seminars to his clients including carriers, administrators, and employers and is available to answer inquiries telephonically or via email.
