Beth Gordon

Beth is an associate attorney a McCollum Crowley working in the Worker’s Compensation division of the Colorado office.

Prior to joining McCollum Crowley, Beth spent over a decade in South Florida as an insurance defense litigator with a focus on personal injury protection benefits and coverage disputes.  In this role, Beth acquired experience investigating disputed claim reimbursements, necessity of medical treatments, and fraud.

Beth is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.  As a law student, Beth was a fellow with the Miami Innocence Clinic where she provided services to indigent clients seeking post-conviction relief.  Beth also served as a certified legal intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender.

Beth understands the importance of attention to detail in evaluating claims.  She aims to utilize her analytical skills and experience to provide excellent support and service to her clients.  She is licensed to practice law in Florida and Colorado.

When she is not working, Beth can be found enjoying live music experiences, indulging in sci-fi television, or spoiling her dogs.
