Bobby D. Greene

Bobby D. Greene is based out of the Phoenix, Arizona office of McCollum Crowley, PA.  Mr. Greene specializes in workers’ compensation defense, as well as civil litigation, general liability, and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Greene leverages more than a decade of litigation experience to craft effective strategies across all phases of litigation, from early discovery to motions practice and case resolution, delivering results for his clients.

His strong negotiation skills facilitate successful claim resolutions through settlements both inside and outside of mediation. Throughout his career, Mr. Greene has held various leadership roles, including Of Counsel and senior attorney positions in firms in Arizona and Texas. Notably, he played a pivotal role in establishing one of his previous firm’s Arizona offices, providing defense representation for major employers, insurance companies, and third-party administrators in insurance defense and workers’ compensation matters.

Mr. Greene obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003, followed by his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2011.

Licensed to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, and Texas, he has been recognized for his achievements, including being named Colorado’s Top 40 Under 40 in both 2015 and 2016. When he is not working, Mr. Greene enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, traveling, playing golf and attending or watching sporting events.
