McCollum Crowley attorneys secure affirmation at Court of Appeals ruling inmate did not revoke consent to provide medical records to probation officer

In Christopherson v Alpha Services Industries, Incorporated attorneys Brian Kluk and Cheryl Hood Langel recently obtained affirmation from the court of appeals that plaintiff did not revoke his consent such that disclosure of medical records to probation officer was permitted under the Minnesota Health Records Act. (Minn. Stat. 144.293, subd. 1.)
